Warehouse estimating measures and prices material, labor, and equipment needed to build a warehouse, from site work through office build-out.
Warehouse estimating services produce two linked outputs for every project: a quantity takeoff that measures and counts each component, and a cost estimate that prices those quantities by division. Both outputs are delivered together in one Excel package.
Estimators review architectural, structural, civil, and fire protection drawings before pricing begins. Specifications, the geotechnical report, and dock and equipment schedules round out the document set. These documents allow estimators to confirm the scope before quantities are measured.
Warehouse estimates are organized by system rather than by room. A warehouse is one large volume, so cost is driven by structure, floor, envelope, and dock count.
